We have always been passionate about education partnerships, working with institutions across the globe to share ideas, methods, and innovation.
Our partnerships reflect this commitment — from longstanding relationships over 25 years to new and evolving cross-institutional collaborations. We believe in building long-term connections that foster shared learning and are supported by a dedicated team focused on nurturing partner relationships and promoting staff development in higher education.
We also strive to deliver strategic, financially viable initiatives that are sustainable and create lasting value for both The Open University and our partners — supporting education upskilling and innovation across the sector.
Since it achieved full university status in 1997, Hong Kong Metropolitan University has selected and licensed courses from The Open University curriculum, translating and adapting them for its own students.
