The Flexible Workforce Development Fund* allows organisations to access funding to provide low or no cost training to upskill and reskill their existing workforce, through a vast range of high-quality provision with The Open University (OU) in Scotland, the only higher education institute that has access to this fund.
Please note: Following the recent Scottish Budget 2024 to 2025 announcement, there is no funding available for FWDF in academic years 2023-24 and 2024-25. If the fund does return, we will update this page.
