Conference: Civil Service Live

The Open University will be a Knowledge Partner for the 2022 Civil Service Live. The event provides civil servants with the opportunity to network, learn and share inspiring knowledge and expertise.

The event aims to:

• Educate civil servants by sharing information and new ideas that change thinking and allow them to learn new skills and innovate.
• Engage civil servants by demonstrating excellent cross departmental working and building networks to support the delivery of better outcomes.
• Empower civil servants to demonstrate leadership, learn new skills and improve their working environment to provide better public services.

The Open University’s session Does a rising tide lift all boats? Social Mobility and Levelling Up will take place on Tuesday 5^th July, 13:35-14:20 in the South Gallery Rooms 3 & 4, Second Floor. The panel discussion will explore policy and practice through case studies to consider how an integrated implementation plan is needed in levelling up.
