Can business growth be inclusive and sustainable?

The business need for growth can cause tensions with challenges around inclusion and sustainability. However, with a proactive approach to people and skills development, organisations can also provide opportunities for local employment and engagement and protect the future of our planet by rethinking the way we do work.

The Open University is running a roundtable event in which a group of experts across multiple sectors discuss how inclusion and sustainability can become drivers of growth and success, rather than impediments, through innovative thinking and new mindsets.
